This WAS going to be a long rant about freedom … but our National Anthem says it best! We sing it at public events, but it is generally limited to just the first stanza (verse). Maybe we SHOULD take the extra 5 minutes to sing it ALL …

TIPS ON PUMPING GAS…

I don’t know what you guys are paying for gasoline…. but here in California we are paying up to $3.75 to $4.10 per gallon. My line of work is in petroleum for about 31 years now, so here are some tricks to get more of your money’s worth for every gallon:
Here at the Kinder Morgan Pipeline where I work in San Jose , CA we deliver about 4 million gallons in a 24-hour period thru the pipeline.. One day is diesel the next day is jet fuel, and gasoline, regular and premium grades. We have 34-storage tanks here with a total capacity of 16,800,000 gallons.
Only buy or fill up your car or truck in the early morning when the ground temperature is still cold. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground. The colder the ground the more dense the gasoline, when it gets warmer gasoline expands, so buying in the afternoon or in the evening….your gallon is not exactly a gallon. In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and the temperature of the gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum products plays an important role.
A 1-degree rise in temperature is a big deal for this business. But the service stations do not have temperature compensation at the pumps.
When you’re filling up do not squeeze the trigger of the nozzle to a fast mode If you look you will see that the trigger has three (3) stages: low, middle, and high. You should be pumping on low mode, thereby minimizing the vapors that are created while you are pumping. All hoses at the pump have a vapor return. If you are pumping on the fast rate, some of the liquid that goes to your tank becomes vapor. Those vapors are being sucked up and back into the underground storage tank so you’re getting less worth for your money.
One of the most important tips is to fill up when your gas tank is HALF FULL. The reason for this is the more gas you have in your tank the less air occupying its empty space. Gasoline evaporates faster than you can imagine. Gasoline storage tanks have an internal floating roof. This roof serves as zero clearance between the gas and the atmosphere, so it minimizes the evaporation. Unlike service stations, here where I work, every truck that we load is temperature compensated so that every gallon is actually the exact amount.
Another reminder, if there is a gasoline truck pumping into the storage tanks when you stop to buy gas, DO NOT fill up; most likely the gasoline is being stirred up as the gas is being delivered, and you might pick up some of the dirt that normally settles on the bottom.
To have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of gas buyers. It’s really simple to do.
I’m sending this note to about thirty people. If each of you send it to at least ten more (30 x 10 = 300)…and those 300 send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000) and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth generation of people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers !!!!!!! If those three million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30 million people will have been contacted!
If It goes one level further, you guessed it….. THREE HUNDRED MILLION PEOPLE!!!
Again, all you have to do is send this to 10 people. How long would it take?

Well, in January, MY paycheck went down $30~ every two weeks due to the “financial cliff” that was NOT supposed to affect “middle class Americans.” Guess I’m no longer middle class! Did you all forget about the 2% increase we just had??!!! There are 238 NEW TAXES (fees) in the Obama’s ACA, and the DC idiots cannot strike a deal because the Damnocrats won’t cut spending!!! Really???? YES, it IS affecting the middle class, you a**holes!

First of all 53% voted for the “I want freebees” President. Hate to tell you followers of BHO, but that is not a mandate. 47% of the intelligent population know that we have a problem.

Can any of the my intelligent friends explain the logic behind our illustrious Secretary of State and President giving Egypt $159 million dollars in aid with some $300 million more to follow when our nation is in the shape it’s in.

We have an aircraft carrier tied to the pier that we can’t afford to launch, millions of people losing their jobs, 52% of our people entitled to being supported by the rest of us with no incentive to do better, and we are giving this to a country that absolutely hates us and would do anything to harm us.

This is done by an administration who is absolutely committed to the destruction of our nation and, as front man, a Secretary of State, who wrote his own fictional award citations for valor in Vietnam and then prominently participated with Hanoi Jane in anti-war demonstrations.

What is happening to us? This is incredible!!!!

MUSLIM HERITAGE IN America :

Have you ever been to a Muslim hospital, heard a Muslim orchestra, seen a Muslim band march in a parade, witnessed a Muslim charity, shaken hands with a Muslim Girl Scout, seen a Muslim Candy Striper,

Barack Obama,  during his Cairo speech, said:  “I know, too, that Islam has always been a part  of America ‘s history.” AN AMERICAN  CITIZEN’S RESPONSE:   Dear Mr. Obama: Were those  Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims  first landed? Funny, I thought they were  Native American Indians. Were those  Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving  day? Sorry again, those were Pilgrims and  Native American Indians. Can you  show me one Muslim signature on the United  States Constitution?   Declaration  of Independence ? Bill of  Rights?   Didn’t  think so.   Did  Muslims fight for this country’s freedom from  England ? No.   Did  Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the  slaves in America ? No, they did  not. In fact, Muslims to this day are  still the largest traffickers in human  slavery.. Your own half-brother, a devout  Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even  though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black  Muslims as “pug nosed slaves.” Says a lot  of what the Muslim world really thinks of your  family’s “rich Islamic heritage,” doesn’t it Mr.  Obama?   Where were  Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this  country? Not present.   There are  no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking  side by side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or  helping to advance the cause of Civil  Rights.   Where were  Muslims during this country’s Woman’s Suffrage  era? Again, not present. In fact,  devout Muslims demand that women are subservient  to men in the Islamic culture. So much so,  that often they are beaten for not wearing the  ‘hajib’ or for talking to a man who is not a  direct family member or their husband.  Yep, the Muslims are all for women’s rights,  aren’t they?   Where were  Muslims during World War II? They were  aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim  grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler,  reviewed the troops and accepted support from  the Nazi’s in killing Jews.   Finally,  Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th,  2001? If they weren’t flying planes into  the World Trade Center , the Pentagon or a field  in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on  our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle  East . No one can dispute the pictures  shown from all parts of the Muslim world  celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other  cable news networks that day. Strangely,  the very “moderate” Muslims who’s asses you bent  over backwards to kiss in Cairo , Egypt on June  4th were stone cold silent post 9-11. To  many Americans, their silence has meant approval  for the acts of that day.   And THAT, Mr.  Obama, is the “rich heritage” Muslims have here  in America ..   Oh, I’m sorry, I  forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates.  They were Muslim.   And now we can  add November 5, 2009 – the slaughter of American  soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major who is a  doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be  counseling soldiers returning from battle in  Iraq and Afghanistan ..   That, Mr. Obama  is the “Muslim heritage” in America  . EVERY AMERICAN  MUST READ THIS !!   Be sure to  SEND IT TO ALL .     Muslim Heritage, my foot.  If you can’t find time to share this message, Consider yourself part of the problem!

Budgets and Bullsh*t!

It is so frustrating to listen to the Repuglicans and Demagogues bloviating and bullsh*tting about the BUDGET, TAX HIKES, and SPENDING CUTS!  We ALL know they are ALL speaking with fork-ed tongues out of both sides of their mouths … do they think we Americans are THAT stupid to believe all that BS and fall for their lies?  Well, I don’t know; judging by the typical social media posts, comments, photos, and videos, WE ARE A NATION OF SHEEPLE!  People apathetic and stupid enough to be led by the neck to slaughter.

1. Balancing the Budget is a joke! The House Republicans have passed seven – 7 – budget proposals in the last 3 years and Harry Reid has REFUSED to bring them to the Senate floor for consideration.  The Democrats have proposed NOTHING in writing in over 3 years.
2. The “Tax Hikes” for Jan 1 are NOT tax ‘hikes’; they are a return to the regular tax rates “pre-Bush tax cuts”, which were never meant to be permanent in the first place. For political reasons, the Congress has politicized and brainwashed American citizens into believing we deserve to make this permanent. I’m not even going to go into where the lost revenue is REALLY being lost, and what  it’s done to our economy. That’s another subject (or a book or 3).
3. Spending Cuts is where it gets to be fun … Cutting spending on money for programs that were not going to be spent to begin with, is NOT a “cut!” We are 16+ TRILLION dollars in debt to other nations NOW, and increasing at ONE+ TRILLION a year! That’s one thousand BILLION, one million MILLION, one billion THOUSANDS, and gazillions of HUNDREDS!
   1. It is estimated that every US resident (including children) now owes $50,000 EACH to pay off our debt!
   2. Forecasting and proposing spending cuts over a 10-year period is ludicrous! We are losing $1 trillion a year … while cutting spending (on paper only) at that amount over 10 years (which seems to be the target figure), it still puts us an additional $900 BILLION in the hole every one of those 10 years! Where the hell is that money coming from, and where in the hell is this logic coming from?
   3. If we are losing $1 trillion a year right now, which WE ARE, we MUST CUT OVER $1 trillion a year in government spending RIGHT NOW! Duhhhh! It won’t stop unless we do.

COME ON, AMERICA! Wake up, open your eyes, demand an IMMEDIATE SOLUTION!

COME ON, CONGRESS! The sheeple are about to stampede! You better get out of the way or get trampled by your own arrogance and disdain for them.

Social Security

Cards up until the 1980s expressly stated the number and
Card were not to be used for identification purposes. Since nearly everyone in the
United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the
message, NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION was removed.

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social
Security (FICA) Program. He promised:

1) That participation in the Program would be
completely voluntary,

No longer Voluntary

2) That the participants would only have to pay
1% of the first $1,400 of their annual
incomes into the Program,

Now 7.65%
On the first $90,000.

3) That the money the participants elected to put
into the Program would be deductible from
their income for tax purposes each year,

No longer tax deductible

4) That the money the participants put in went to the
Independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the
General Operating Fund, and therefore, would
only be used to fund the Social Security
Retirement Program, and no other
Government program, and,

Under Johnson the money was moved to
The General Fund and spent.

5) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed
as income.

Under Clinton & Gore
up to 85% of your Social Security can be taxed.

Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are
now receiving a Social Security check every month —
and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of
the money we paid to the Federal government to ‘put
